SAMSUNG N140 Blue Screen

Please help me. I have SAMSUNG N140 Notebook pc. When It boots, This message comes "Hardware Malfunction, Call your hardware vendor for support. Parity check / memory parity error, the system has halted." When try to install new os , does not detect bootable pen drive in the bios. What is it? I re flashed bios. Re balled ICH. Same result. Help...... Thanks

memory modul fail try to reseat or replace your ram
