    Lenovo N500 charging led blinking fast .powering on

    Hi
    This board has LA-4212P.charging led blinking fast.
    when power switch pressed on.Led blinking stops.
    Laptop working fine with charged battery.
    Taken action..
    found USB Ports were short pins bend corrected it.
    still same
    5 volt & 3.3 fluctuating.3.3 was 1.1to1.2 and 5 is 2.1 to 2.3
    So replaced ISL6237.still same

    try changing the charging controller ic.

      Try another charger, may be the old one is bad.
      May be bios is corrupted caused by shorted USB port, you can try to flash it.
      If none of the above work, like masud said, you can try to replace charging controller ic.

        OK just replaced charging ,before this tried other 2 charger bios also ....
        same condition... thanks any thin else

          If you can find schematic it would be better.
          Check the vin of charging ic controller if there's a voltage.
          May be you have short on the B+ rail, look for short components.
