HP DV5-1155ep No Power

Hi guys,

This laptop does not turn on.
Can´t find 3v or 5v anywhere.
Already replaced ISL6237, ISL6251 and TI51116.

Any suggestions?

Ok, 3V and 5V are present now. Had to replace PU13.
But still no power on..
I think there must be 19v on pin24 of ISL6251A, but there is only 0.66v ???!!

Any ideas now?

Found it!

Laptop now powers on but caps lock blinks one time!

What could it be?
Bad CPU??

Since I'm a member here, you're great at helping us with repair. now my hp pavilion dv5 amd cpu motherboard daoqt8mb6go rev: g all the voltages are available but not getting the proper bios not able to find the appropriate bios and need information about the breakdown if possible
