lenove g560 not power on

please help friends,

voltage on pq6 (p2) is 19v ok but out voltage is low 14.4 volt
gate voltage is 19.2 v

voltage on pq34 (b+) is 14.4 and batt+ is also 14.4

what was the problem
any one kindly give me solutions for this

PQ27, PQ6 and it was P-channel mosfet. on pin#4 (gate) you should have voltage (-) than source (input), so it must around 7-9v.
you should check resistance on these mosfets respect to ground, and measure to D-S, S-D,G-S,G-S too without power and battery
