NOKIA 610 Problem

Hi.I have a NOKIA 610.Suddenly where we worked was closed it alone.When I connect the charger does not opens the screen,only flashing the windows logo 10 times or 5 times.I tried to hard reset but I do nothing.The battery, while saying is 3,7 V but as long as and I leave the charger to the phone,I count constantly 2,8 V.Are these battery problem or something else?Thank's!

hello. ithink it is a software problem. cannot fix on hard reset. but they have solutions using cyclone box the device can full flashing this type of mobile phone.

You need the Cyclonebox...
