Dell LA-9104P (15r-3521)

Strange problem.
Sometime it turns on but after I pull out and insert battery, it doesn't turn & doesn't charge battery too. After multiple power button press it turns on again & also response for battery charge.

Same happens with battery and direct power source.

Changed ISL88731CHRTZ & flashed with latest BIOS but same problem. RT8205LZQW IC is ok 3.3v and 5v is present after board turns on but not available in off state.

Power button is ok. 3.3v voltage always available in power button.
Can anybody help me to let know the problem.

Press with your fingers the PCH and EC alternatively to see if it makes any difference.

When you say it doesn't turn on, does it draw any amps when you press the power button?

it goes up to 0.5 and drops down to 0.1
but interesting thing is that it doesn't charge battery.

if it likes to turn on it charges the battery.

It sounds like you have to reball the PCH
