Re: Dell n5010 can be converted from graphic version to non graphic
Hello ,
I have a similar problem. A blank screen appears, but the windowa starts normally. Where can the problem be? Can the video card not work but the windows 10 will start normally?
When I press D + power button the display turns on and I have a red, blue, green, white screen ... diagnosis mode
attach a photo
The problem is visible in this video clip.

When I touch IC Voltaging CPU Core declined by 100mV and the display/picture changes. Do you have an idea where to look the problem. Can it be burned CPU? Thanks!Best regards!Attached FilesLeave a comment:

Re: Dell n5010 can be converted from graphic version to non graphic
Graphics ram removal is optional though advised to remove to reduce power consumption but still as i said is not mandatory. So you need to look at vcc circuit/Bios corruption. Might me ME region issued with bios or even looking at dying PCH.Leave a comment:

Re: Dell n5010 can be converted from graphic version to non graphic
Anyone who get white display or Blank screen check below two solution if you get white display only backlight then remove any cap under Intel VGA which is placed under 1 mega ohm resistor and if you get black display with backlight mean no data or character showing on screen then you must check R2603 (0 Ohms resistance) is there you put or not. If you forget to add this reg. Then you not get any data on screen I am attaching picture of that location. Today I successfully convert another motherboard of dell using my previous posting image methodLast edited by vickey_vip; 01-02-2018, 03:01 AM.Leave a comment:

by BowlineMy question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
I have tried multiple different Dell power adapters. My Dell... -

by diamonI have a Dell Latitude 5530 with a damaged RJ45 network connector. See the attached pictures.
Have already searched on Farnell / Aliexpress / Ebay and had contact with several suppliers on Aliexpress and Ebay, but they cannot deliver this connector.
Is there someone inside the EU, who has these connector(s) or perhaps defective motherboard(s) for these laptop models I have mentioned in the topic title.
