Hi
I have Dell 5300 which I need to flash its Bios but one step is confusing me in Clear Me process
When running Me Analyzer it shows me the verision i 12.0.49.1534
and when I extract the file I found it bigger than the ME file in the Bios
Attached the files .Please advice me what to do... -

Dell N5010 keyboard
Hi all
I have a dell n5010 that shows black screen after the dell logo and freezes
But when I remove the keyboard it works fine and boot the windows
The keyboard is working as I can press F1 and F2 and inter the bios settings and change it
But after the dell logo it causes the laptop to freeze
Any ideas why ? -

Dell 5300 2 in 1 no bootable device
Hi
I have a Dell Latitude 5300 2 in 1 laptop that boots into this message "no bootable devices found"
It has an nvme ssd drive installed which is tested and working fine with windows 10 installed but it does't show in BIOS at all
I tried updating the BIOS through usb and when it restarts there is no chnage I am stuck with the same BIOS version

I saw these file but they all for the main BIOS chip which is 4mb or 8mb in size
I need the secondary BIOS chip (in picture) which is 64kb only for the IO program

Hi everyone
I have [B]Dell Latitude E6420 laptop that won't turn on
When I press the power button its light go on for seconds then shutdown
I checked the voltages when I plug the ac power
3.3 present
5 present
Nothing else
And when I press the power button
There is
1.05
1.16 CPU
1.5 Ram
Voltages present for seconds then they go off
But when I remove the processor and plug the ac power
3.3
5
1.05
1.5
All are present
Does this mean the processor is faulty?
