Samsung NP350v5c laptop turns off randomly not overheating

Hi my laptop turns off randomly but is not overheating,tested memory ok ,new paste on cpu,fan works ok ,temperature test is ok 50c ,Charger ok,battery ok
Laptop bios updated ,starts normal then after 30min of use switch off ,no blue screen just like overheating but not ,could be memory controller ? voltage controller ? Any ideas
And tried with another CPU same shit

Any anomalies - like fan spinning too high?
Temperature tested with what?
30minutes exactly all the time? or random?

temperature is ok 50c Realtemp
sometimes 30min sometimes 1 hour try to live only with bios on screen same thing

Most probably cpu core chip failure if the temp. and BIOS are ok. Solder the core chip and check again.

Most probably subroto means PCH chip, not CPU core chip itself. Try to reball or change PCH, I had many of these issues.

If yes then replace it with capacitors
