HP Probook 6560B won't power on

    Hello all,
I was just checking HP Probook 6560b. It was working fine but when i restarts it, It has a mysterious Problem. Now it is powering on, but no display and power off automatically. But after few seconds it starts automatically but there is no display again. And this process repeats time and again by itself.
I'm gonna attach some pics, it might helpful to understand. . .

One more thing, When i checked voltages on BIOS, All 7 pins have 3.3 Volts and the pin number 8 is ground. . .

I understood that. I am asking for the model of BIOS IC.

The situation is now HP probook 6560b is,
When i press the power button the JMB700 Card Reader ic is getting hot. and the motherboard restarts automatically.
I thought that the JMB700 is short that's why this ic is getting hot so i remove this ic.
Now the condition is Nothing is getting hot but the situation is same, No display and it restarts automatically. I changed the Processor too. But all is vain.

Check the voltages on all the inductors( processor, ram power) and see if any of them are missing when it turns on.

Unplug the memory and see if it stays on.

apply little pressure on PCH and see if that makes any difference.

                      Hi all,

TL;DR - this laptop is driving me nuts with the oddball power-related behaviors. Appreciate any insight you can provide!

I'm experiencing a power issue on an Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74. Although I've worked with electronics and computers for decades, this is my first attempt at getting into motherboard-level component troubleshooting. Any help the community can provide is greatly appreciated!

A few weeks ago I was using the laptop (on battery power) for a Zoom meeting. The battery was running very low (long meeting) but I wasn't worried about...

                      by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                      Assuming...
