I have this Dell with burned ic (tps51123rger) i found i another bord
this IC (51125a) i m not sure to replace it

This 2 models are compatible or not ?

the only difference its pin 18 VCLK on TPS51125A and 51125a got ENC

if those are the same your GOLDEN and you can change them

Not compatible, pin 18 one uses as output, the other as input.
