hp cq56 blank screen

hello
i have hp cq56, laptop power ok but no picture on screen, no picture on external monitor !!
- I'm replace amd radeon 216-0752001 with new 100% original from ebay chip but not result.
- replace bios battery
- replace cpu
but always blank screen. Any idea what i do !!

Try to reflash bios, but first change RAM.

which is the mark of bios ic on motherboard?
it's eeprom and if not how it programmed?
