It was brought to me yesterday, the problem is that, it can't boot because it can only stay on for about 20secs and goes instantly off. I have tried cleaning the the fan and new compound on processor but still no help. any ideas on this particular model?

first check usb ports pins (tx rx) if they are not to ground . -
