lenovo z500 shuts down at 3 seconds

hi
i have this laptop and shuts down after 3-5 seconds.
the power led is working,i have 3 and 5 v on the motherboard,i have power on the kb 9020.
there are 2 bios chip(winbond) with no voltage on the 8 pin.
there are no voltage on any of the coils (except 3 and 5 v) in the 3-5 seg that the laptops powers.

any help would be appreciated

laptop reboots ? or stay shutting down ?

laptop do not reboot after shutting down
