My dell is turn on get black screen and continuous clicking sound from speakers,try cmos clear only ones get screen and after that nothing assuming to flash the bios but dont know how because screen is black and clicking continuous sound

If it sounds like tek tek, reflash the bios rom.

you need a bios progammer to reflash it.
