    Dell Inspirion 15-5567 LA-D801P - power problem

    Hello!
I have problem with Dell Inspirion 15-5567
    CPU I7-7500U
    GPU AMD

    Laptop has won't turn on.
The U1 chip it was burned and i replace him but laptop it is still death.

I measured the values on the coils with RAM inserted:

    PL1401: 42Ω
    PL605: 10Ω
    PL603: 14,6Ω
    PL100: 0,8Ω
    PL101: 62Ω
    PL700: 13,4 mΩ
    PL501: 3Ω
    PL601: 25,8Ω
    PL1103: 22,4Ω
    PL1102: 22,7Ω
    PL200: 267Ω
    PL300: 0,8Ω

What can I do to repair this motherboard?

    For starters:

    PL501: 3Ω

is too low. This is the +1.8VALWP rail. Locate the solder blob @ PJP502. Use flux and separate the 2 sides of this solder blob. Then test the resistance to ground on each side of PJP502 PCB pads. Which side is showing this short?

Producer side (PL501) or consumer side (load)?

    Same for:

    PL100: 0,8Ω

which is linked to +3VALWP and also the PCH. The PCH / CPU may be shorted.

        Please look at the picture.

I have 3 Ohms on the bottom pad. I have a boardview from LA-B802P (similar to my board). The bottom pad is connected to the CPU but if I check the resistance with the RC137 resistor then I have 1.13 kOhm. On the other resistors next to it it is also high. The R137 resistor itself has 1.13 kOhm. It's possible that these values are too small for this processor anyway. The top pad is 30 kOhm.

        PL500: 30 kOhm
PL100 still has 0,8 Ohm but it connects to the PU100 system. Pin 6, 19, 20. I'll check if that's the problem here.

Dell E6400 PT434 type Battery Charging Stuck at 1%. Battery Pinouts?
          by Bowline
My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
I have tried multiple different Dell power adapters. My Dell...

          Hello. I have a Dell Inspirion M5010 with S/N J8NBXMI with board 48 4hh06 011 with the following problem:

Many attempts are needed for laptop to boot up, but when it does, everything works normal after that.
I think my BIOS is corrupted. Could someone please provide a working file for that laptop?

Posting the old one in the attachments.
