what may be the problem... sometimes 3v5v is on
while sometimes its not available
charging ic is also heating a little
after i put the battery in and acin the psu light goes off

if you are going to reflow then best to bin it rather then waste time.

reflow without industry equipement is asking for trouble.
million answers all over the net the laptop will die soon or later so why bother?
