    We apply Power:

    Power Led ON
    Battery Led ON
    Disk Led ON
WLAN Led I can switch ON and OFF

The three LEDs (Num, Caps, Scroll) near Power Button and S1, S2 always ON

Hello, check firstly other ram memory. Then try to reflow slightly the gpu or the Southbridge.

      Thank you for the info.

" ... slightly the gpu or the Southbridge ... "

Total or slightly ... explain please.

he means that you don't need to try several rams , just test one you know is good , or with a rubber clean well the contact of your ram first.
if nothing happen , then with a hot air solder station (small ones usually that havve also a solder iron . apply on the die of the chip around 150 degrees for some 15 seconds. then let it cool and then try again to see if there is image.. but first before giving heat on the GPU try the external VGA first (maybe the screen is dead ...>then go for the gpu if there is nothing on external.

            Hi,
            agree with "highpulse"
Check with RGB port and see you have image on external monitor or not?
If you have image on monitor then it means you have disconnected pin on GPU or your Laptop lcd is dead

              Thank you,

              Ram in slot.

Connect the Display ... and "Check your cable ....." on screen.
Power on and the same msg.

With other Laptops ... the screen get black when we connect ... and with power on ... image on screen.

                Ok,
                1- Check cpu voltage
                2- Check chips temperature
3- Check smd caps on and around chips to find any shorted cap
4- Turn on laptop and push over the chips (specialy GPU and northbridge) to see image come on screen or not
Tell me results and I try to help you more

Hi,very easily! just with a multimeter!
I think person who want to repaire a notebook or any electronic board should know a few about electronic and how to test a capacitor, resistance and ...
However,he could set multimeter to diod test, one prob on a side of cap and another prob on other side,if multimeter show zero then its Probably shorted cap for be sure he must check that outside of board.(or test both side of a cap with GND on board,if both side shown zero then Probably it is a shorted cap...)

                      Thank you,

I have ESR, LCR - ST5 and many other eq.

                      " 1- Check cpu voltage"

But: Connect the CRT, LED, PLASMA ... and
"Check your cable ....." on screen.

With other laptops and tower ... if you connect external monitor to board ... no more "Check your cable. ..."

Something is wrong with GPU or around ....

                      "2- Check chips temperature"

With an IR meter (Fluke ) ? freeze can?
                      Any procedure ?

"3- Check smd caps on and around chips to find any shorted cap"

With DMM you explain in B Section ... with the ESR ... i can get 0 Ohm in circuit.

"4- Turn on laptop and push over the chips (specialy GPU and northbridge) to see image come on screen or not
Tell me results and I try to help you more"

                      Push ... tap ... click ?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND INFO,

                        Hi,your welcome;
1- Check cpu voltage form fet's (mosfet's) Drain pin around cpu suket with voltmeter to determind you have cpu voltage or not (it must be in a range about 0.9 v up to 1.3 v)
2- You can check that with your fingers, they shouldn't be hot and burn your finger (but be careful please)
3- ESR not bad,but i think diod test is better, but if you couldn't find 0 ohm with ESR ,it's ok
4-Push over chips to determind those haven't disconnected pin
(I think you must finally program the bios ic,but first do those tests)
                        Goodluck

At moment I'm out of city ... no access Laptop

ESR give 0,00 Ohm ... good cap ... or could be a short cap.
With a DMM we retest the cap and if 0 Ohm -> is short.
If we retest and high Ohm good cap.

                                  Best Regards,
