But there remains a battery charge problem, the PC starts on the charger but does not charge the battery, if I plug in the battery and the charger, the PC starts on the battery but does not charge.
I took some measurements, does anyone have ideas?

First things that are strange are SCL and SDA should be 3V, these are the communication lines with battery, BATTPRES should change when battery inserted. I assume that battery is not detected in OS. The data lines are usually pulled high via resistors, find these and check.

Indeed the battery is not detected in Windows, when only the battery is connected, everything works fine, and when I connect the charger, it does not charge. I will check all that, thank you

Hello, I checked the resistors, they are good, there is no 3V output from the battery data lines, the tracks to the charging chip are good, I checked the battery on another PC, it outputs 3V on the data lines
One last thing when the computer runs on the battery without the charger connected, the battery is well recognized in the operating system

Battery is not the source of the 3v on data lines, it is coming from mainboards 3V rail, which is strange if you are saying that if running only from battery the 3v is present. It should be there when running from adapter also. Take the measurements again when running on adapter with and without battery.

Thank you for the help, for the first measures I only adapteR and tested the battery with the PC turned off. For the second measure, only the battery was tested with the PC turned on. Is there a difference between the PC being off and on?

The 3v should be present on data lines regardless of the power on/off status. So the first measurements don't make any sense or are wrong...

I just took the measurements twice, and they are exactly the same. What could be the problem?
When I plug in the charger first and then plug in the battery I don't get the 3V from the data lines, if I do the opposite I do get the 3V
When I plug in a power supply to charge the battery directly it doesn't work.

Normally you would first connect the battery and then charger - so then you get the 3v on data lines, does the battery then show up in windows? Does it show status of charging or not?

Yes, indeed the battery appears in Windows and gives the charge status.

And it is showing charging/not charging? Use some kind of utility to display detailed status of the battery (Aida for example shows charge/discharge rate) rather than just relying on windows. Also do you have the original power adapter?

                                      AI info:
For an ASUS TUF laptop, your main power utility is the built-in Windows power settings, accessible by right-clicking the battery icon on the taskbar, and ASUS-specific software like the Armoury Crate or MyASUS app for features such as power modes and battery health settings. You can also use the ASUS Battery Health Charging utility to set charging limits to prolong battery lifespan and utilize ASUS Intelligent Performance Technology (AIPT) to switch between Performance, Balanced, and Whisper modes for different power profiles
