Review the sticky above on parts markings. If the part has '=' then we know the part is from Richtek.
Then search for '5x= richtek' in Google. It will be the first link. You can buy the part from AliExpress.
The markings after the '=' are manufacturer date codes and not important to match.Comment

im working on HP Probook 450 g5 with no power issue and found out coil beside this ic is short to ground...i remove the ic and short gone....ic code AQP,...looking on this ic marking code but not found https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...and-datasheets...
