ASUS E410MA no 5v/3v on board.

    Hi.
I have a ASUS laptop with board number E410MA, which does not power up.
By the looks of things, it does not generate 5v, 3v, 1.8v and 1.2v.

The main power rail is there - 19.5V is present and goes to every IC.

By measuring various components, I found these readings:

    EC_RST# - 2,7V
    RTEST# - 2,8V
    RTC_RST# - 2,8V

    +VCCRTC_3P3 - 2,85V
    +RTCBAT - 3V

    P_CHG_VDD_20 - 5V
    P_CHG_ACOK_10 - 5V

From the battery I get 3V at RTCBAT, but 0V on main connectors when connected to the board.

I have a boardview of the board, but I could not find the schematic, so I am at the loss.
Where should I start to look?

    Thank you.

BAT_CON does not give any voltage to the board.
