Alienware M18X R2 LA-8321P - no 3.3/5VALW and only 15ohm on both rails when controlller is soldered

Hello.
Have this Alienware M18X R2 LA-8321P with no 3.3/5VALW. IC is RT8205. Have VIN, have EN, have REG 3.3/5, mosfets ok
With controller resistance on both rails are only 15ohm when connected and disconnected power. Without it it is high. replaced IC but still the same
When i inject it have very low consumption
where can be fault?

There are 3 versions of the RT8205 - A/B/C. Which full part number was on the original board? What is the full part number of the replacement?

Each has pinout differences.

Also watch the pin #1 orientation on the board.

no pinout diff between A/B/C. only diff is added function of pin 18 charge pump monitor.

What do you mean by that sentence? When controller is removed (desoldered) the resistance is high and when soldered in place it is only 15 ohms?
Or that low ohms reading is after applying power and disconnecting and then measuring?

more like that controller after getting power put that two mosfets to 15 ohm
