    A2338 820-02020 Wifi Swop

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has done a Wifi UL000 swop from the same donnor board on an M1 A2338 Macbook Pro or if it is possible to do.

If it is possible what needs to be replaced as i cannot find the rom chips to go with it as mentioned on this page:

    https://logi.wiki/index.php/T2_MacBo...IC_Replacement

    Thanks

          MacBook Pro M1 A2338 820-02020 - No WiFI/Bluetooth or internal display
          by mcbadcbv
          Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro M1 A2338 820-02020. It boots to OS but WiFi/Bluetooth are non-functional (exclamation point through WiFi symbol in menu bar) and the display is not working.

Starting at the WiFi chip... PP3V3_S2_WLBT_ISNS is fluctuating at around 2.4V. No shorts detected around UL000.
          PPBUS_AON is 12V steady, but PPBUS_AON_3V3_S2_VIN_ISNS (measured at CC721) is 2.76V.
          LC710 is getting 2.4V at P3V3_SW, which explains PP3V3_S2 fluctuating around 2.4V.
          No detected shorts around UC710.

This makes me believe that RD560 has failed and...

A2338 M1 Liquid Damage and WiFi dead
          by Agk007
Hello everyone, I have a very interesting issue on this M1 i haven't seen on previous gen intel boards. So i'll give the back story on what happened to this mac. I purchased it damaged from a friend so i knew they didn't open it up. They spilled lemonade on the keyboard and it shut off. When i opened it up, there was surprisingly little liquid actually on the motherboard itself. Most of the damage was located in the LCD/Keyboard backlight area but even so, it didn't look that bad. I cleaned it very well but no components had to be replaced as they all tested fine (just checking for shorts/diode...

M557-G0 no WiFi/Bt no WIFIVendor file?
          by howardc64
Thanks to Diah, got M557-G0 LCD panel buffer board repaired and running ( link ) Next challenge is no WiFi/Bt despite module on the main board and getting 3.3v supply (3.45v measured)
          • TV Menu shows Network Access Point option (enet unplugged) but menu can't select that entry
          • Service Menu shows many Bt/Wifi info missing
          • Vizio app shows no WIFIVendor file
Prior owner used enet and said turned off wifi somehow. It seems system config info for wifi might be missing. Anyone experienced this before?
          • Tried countless enet unplug (user manual said need to unplug enet to get to wifi menu), factory
          ...

          820-00850 & 820-01949, No WiFi *In Recovery*
          by ugamazing
I've got two boards with the exact same issue, and it's confusing the hell out of me. In short:

          1. Both boards behave *exactly* the same; they will show WiFi networks to connect to, and will boot fully to Internet Recovery, but they each show zero available WiFi networks once booted to Internet Recovery. I also cannot switch WiFi "off", as in, the toggle will not move.

          2. Both boards will erase perfectly fine using the "erase mac" function; I can wipe them with disk utility, but if I try to install MacOS from Internet Recovery, it says to connect...

Replacing the WiFi module on a vacuum cleaner iROBOT i7
          by AlexVG
          Hi,
I have had an iROBOT i7 with a camera error (error 68) version REV M, year 2018.

I bought a liquid damaged Mainboard with WiFi module, from the same vacuum cleaner, but a different year and a different version (REV G).
(This board does not respond, only the LEDs light up in a circle.
The liquid damage is catastrophic and restoration is impractical).
(I bought this board to get the WiFi module and camera).

The boards are completely different in the installation of elements, even the connector for the WiFi module is different.

          If...
