Hello, i have an asus motherboard cod. x1403za r2.2 that doesn't turn on and not charging led working, when i open the notebook i find a screw near the cpu, i've searched for short and hot components with termal camera but nothing, tension on battery when dc calbe plugged in is 0.6v, what can i check to find the problem?

The charging indicator light on my ASUS X54H laptop is always on even when the charger is disconnected.
Windows also shows ''Plugged in'' when charger is not connected.
This problem started year ago gradually, when unplugging the charger the charging light took several seconds to disappear, then minutes, and now almost always on even when unplugged for an entire day.
Strangely, before sometimes immediately when plugging in the charger the charging light went away, and later came back with it connected.

I have an Asus X415EA board that is not charging the battery after some liquid damage. Everything else works, except charging the battery.
So far I measured all the pins on the bq24780s controller with the following result:
1. ACN = 0.0V
2. ACP = 19.02V
3. CMSRC = 18.5V
4. ACDRV = 23.9V
5. ACOK = 5.9V
6. ACDET = 2.57V
7. IADP = 0.17V
8. IDCHG = 0V
9. PMON = ?
10. PROCHOT = 5.05V
11. SDA = 3.3V
12. SCL = 3.3V
13. CMPIN = 0.47V
14. CMPOUT = 6.0V
15. BATPRES = 0.0V

if you can help me, i have mainboard asus g531gw Rev 1.6 with short and no power
i have found short on C3907 (PVDD_AMP) and remove it
Actually machine works but battery is not charging. I have test with new one and i have too replace BQ24780S (charging IC) and same problem.
It's not 1st time when i remove short after the battery is not detect
On mybook i know we can make jumper beetween two lines for recognised this one
do you have solution for pc and actually this mainboard? Thanks for your help
