Can someone help identify the following component ? this component get very hot. This is from a Lenovo legion LA-M822p motherboard.

Confirm against the topside markings which appears to be 'OE=' = Richtek.

Thank you mon2 however this ic looks more like a rectangle then square. It is 28-pin qfn however the ground Center pad is different.

This one also does not appear to be the same pins North and South. Strange that vendor has so many variations for the same markings. Best to source a matching part from AliExpress. May be a private part for the client.
