Dell not charging battery LAF115P Battery and PSU Original

Hi guys I have a DELL that does not charge.
I bought new original battery and charger and when it turns on the percentage of charge drops.

I checked that on the +SDC_IN pin I have 19.8V
on ISL9538HRTZ
Pin 17 = 19V
Pin 18 = 5V
Pin 19 = 3.6V
Pin 21 = 3.1V
Pin 22 = 3.1V
Pin 24 = 3V
PQB03 PIN1 13.5V
PQB03 PIN5 13.30
PQB04 PIN4 13.52

all tests without battery connected, only motherboard on the bench.
What do you recommend?
When I connect the battery on PQB03 PIN5 10.5V but the status LED never turns orange, it stays off.
Can you help me?

Remove all power. Disconnect the battery. Meter in resistance mode.

Measure the mosfet @ PQB03 as follows:

source (1-2-3) & drain (5-6-7-8)
source (1-2-3) & gate (4)
gate (4) & drain (5-6-7-8)

Post each measurement. Each measurement should be hundreds of k ohms or higher else the mosfet may be defective.

PU1,pin5 voltage present?
PS_ID present?

Hi guys with better control I found the problem! a suppressor diode had exploded on the control line of the charging connector exactly PD1.

I knew this and thats why pointed you towards PS_ID. Very common fault on this particular MB. Repaired more then 10 mb with exact same fault.
