the problem was easy the plug is damaged in the board, when i put the charger, i have to press it inside to be able to see the charging leds.
So i disassemble it and changed the dc in jack .
now the laptop is completely dead. i have these voltages. as shown in picture but the battery terminals have no voltage at all. note: i found the rtc battery 1.8v , so i removed it completely, in order to change it later, but is this battery must be pluged in in order to have charger working(as a reference?) thanks
