Motherboard: DA0LV6MB6F0 rev: F

The laptop starts normally. Unfortunately, the BIOS screen reboots. I suspect that the built-in RAM is damaged. What is the way to disable them on this model?

You should try memtest first or Lenovo integrated diagnostic. (if it's available on This model)

I won't even be able to run memtest because it's already restarting. I disabled RAM by hardware - the problem remains. Someone help? The laptop then restarts after about 2-3 minutes.

Did you see any bluescreen?
after restarting do you get direclty info bios ?

Try With power button unplugged or Keyboard unplugged. (if power button is on the keyboard.)
(Start the laptop shorting power button + With ground on the motherboard)
