Probook 4431s keyboard and touchpad problem.

Hi everyone i have some problem with probook 4431s. Its problem is touchpad and keyboard works in bios and doesnt works in windows or windows setup time. Only it works bios setup screen. is it bios related problem pls help me.

Try reflash bios...reinstall driver...(of course with external)...if neither works, replace SIO...

i think its not sio problem, because touchpad n keyboard works in bios. so problem may be bios. but i have not this bios if anyone have this please give it to me. Thank You.........

Many times SIO replacement solved touchpad for me...
Sometimes touchpad & keyboard worked even in windows for 5-10 min & then stopped...
As far as I know BIOS has nothing to do with Keyboard & Touchpad...

Try this 1...
I've extracted it from HP website...
Don't forget to compare hex with your original...
Untested so do it on your own risk...

But before...I would flash it from dos or windows...
