Hp laptop 15-dw3041nt start problem.

After starting the Hp laptop 15-dw3041nt, the power light turns on and goes off after 2 seconds. I can't get a value when the +3 and +5 volt coils are closed. After starting, I get a value for about 10 seconds and then the value disappears. The susp voltage doesn't give a value after starting. There is no voltage value after starting the ram coil. Does anyone have an idea about the exact source of the problem?

Unfortunately, I don't have any ideas about the source of the problem, but I experience the same symptons for another mainboard FPI50 LA-H329P Rev:2.0 which is also used in the HP-15-dw-xxxx and 250 G8 series. Didn't have time for measurements yet, but I am highly interested in additional findings and solutions.
