Initially, the symptom was that charging was not possible and after replacing the ISL9238 chip, the power DC was not recognized.
With the battery alone, it turns on and operates normally, but when connected with an adapter, it does not charge and turns off when the battery is discharged.
he MOSFET marked in red has a gate and a short circuit when connected to the battery. When the battery is disconnected, ground and short values are displayed.
Pins 17 and 18 of the isl9238 chip do not produce any voltage values.
