    No display, Eluktro Pro (Clevo) P650HP6, board number 6-71-P65P0-D02A

    This laptop came in as no internal display. I did see it boot on an external monitor but it was not consistent, however, the bios splash screen was consistent. The customer said it happened after a windows update. I tested the display and there were no signals on the LED_EN or PWM test points. At this point I decided to treat it as a bios issue. I disconnected the RTC battery and drained the residual power. After this, I did not get the bios splash screen anymore. The power led changes colour, fans spin, GPU and CPU get warm and caps lock is functional. I tried the bios from the Clevo repo, there was a file with the same size as the original bios dump but with a ".12" extension, I renamed it to ".bin". I did try to clean me with no improvement.
    Hoping I can get some assistance with this one, thanks.

      Hello, I have a bricked Eluktro laptop, can't seem to find a bios dump. I would like to have the ME cleaned please. The bios download from the Clevo repo has a file with a ".12" extension that is the same file size as the original bios but it is "configured" as opposed to "initialized" according to ME analyzer. I tried it and the laptop still did not boot.
      Can anyone help me clean ME or repair this bios please? I attached both files....

      hallo leute ich habe ein problem mit meinem laptop der marke Schenker XMG P407 und zwar ist mir anscheinend der Grafikchip gtx 1050ti der direkt auf dem motherboard verlötet ist kaputt gegangen sie ist im Gerätemanager nicht mehr aufgelistet. deshalb hoffe ich hier unterlagen für das gerät zu finden. soweit ich herausgefunden habe wird die Platine die bei der firma Schenker verbaut wird von Clevo gefertigt und zwar mit der bezeichnung "Clevo P641HK1" ich hoffe auf eure hilfe und bedanke mich.

      Hisense 40H4F no backlight but turns off after splash screen

      So I have this Hisense tv where the backlight does not come on. But when it is turned on, when I shine a flashlight on the screen, I can clearly see the splash screen then it turns off. I looked at the mainboard and was expecting to see bulged capacitors, but they all look fine. I unplugged the backlight from the mainboard, and get the same symptoms (i.e. no backlight, dark splash screen then just a black screen). Is this just a backlight issues? Do Hisense tvs turn off by itself if the backlights are unplugged or are bad? Or is this a mainboard issue?

      Bios for Clevo P670RP6

      My laptop has a GTX 1060 installed, but it is not recognized in the BIOS (see attachment). The chip gets warm and the fans spin. I think there is an error in the BIOS.
      Could there be a switch to activate/deactivate the graphics card?
      I am also unable to install an Nvidia driver in Windows.
