Dead LA-H323P (no light) - HP 15-DW

I know it wasn't a good idea but I had no alternative, I overdid the voltage because I couldn't see the alcohol evaporate from the PCH and this board becomes more and more like garbage as I don't understand what the problem is.
In any case I was under 4v, around 3.8. but even so I'm not sure if the PCH is heating up.
The drying alcohol should be visible... I had never tried it on a PCH but it seems very little to me. could it be something else?

About all you can do if replace PU301 to restore your 3V LDO voltage and see if the EC is dead or not. If it is dead, most likely your PCH is too.

Ok i was not answering because, just to try, i bought the pu301.
I'm still waiting but today, I don't know for what spirit of the hell, i measured again and PL302 resistance to ground... I have 3.3 Kohm.
Ideas why?
In any case pu301 is coming so i will replace that and this is it.
