What is the voltage on ram supply (PL16)coil? Dramrst# should be 1.5V and not 1.61V. May be ram is supplied excess voltage.
You should get voltage on PL29(i know its gfx core but have seen voltage on this coil in R33 mb). So probe components connected to PL29. Of ten the high side mosfet(PQ44) connected to PL29 gets partialy shorted.
If PQ44 is damaged, then you need to replace PU15/PQ44/PQ43 all at one go.
    Btw, 1.05V_VTT_PWRGD present?
