You should get voltage on PL29(i know its gfx core but have seen voltage on this coil in R33 mb). So probe components connected to PL29. Of ten the high side mosfet(PQ44) connected to PL29 gets partialy shorted.
If PQ44 is damaged, then you need to replace PU15/PQ44/PQ43 all at one go.
    Btw, 1.05V_VTT_PWRGD present?
    Yes you r correct,it's 1.5V
Sorry for delay in replying.as you are saying PL29 GFX core should be present.
I have checked PQ44 & 43, were fine,PU15 area was corrosive,I have removed/cleaned/ replaced ,than slight change observed, (previously as told board turning off) now it doesn't turn off,but PCH is heating ,
Now what do u suspect to
    Thanks

    No voltage on PL29
    DRAMSRT# I measuring 1.615v

    Regarding your point 1&2

As told before power Amps reading starts at .62 ........ slowly goes to .91 Amp and shuts down
takes around 1 and half minutes

    Hi,
Update removed PL27 COIL, moved R550 to R549,still board has no display. Intel PCH still heating ,
I left it on for some time , after some time board turning off itself,

tried many times same situation, Amp reading same around 0.70

    Thanks

Just an update, Thanks after replacing PU5 ,board started/ fan spinning .,
than noticed bench power amps showing more than 2.5 amps. it was due to 1 of the Ram was short,.

now board starting , consumes around 0.60 to 0 70 , with no display
again flashed few bios, tried few Ram ,CPU also, same situation . no display.

when connected keypad found CAPS LOCK blinking every 4 Seconds continually .

    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...mlock-flashing

the above post says to replace Intel . I have observed in my board . has AMD/ATI graphic chip and Intel also.
ATI not heating at all. but Intel is heating bit more even it has heat sink

do i need to replace Intel or something else to try
    Thanks

You've not shared PU13,pin15 ststaus aslo.
    pu5 pin 12 15.40 showing
    PR34 is ok .
    i don't have pu5 spare . i will update you soon .

[QUOTE=mon2;n3245146]Carefully measure the voltage to ground of each pin on the charger IC at PU9.

Meter in DC volts scale of 30V or higher. Black probe be to ground. Red probe to point to test.

Need to know (as a minimum):

    ACDRV
    ACDET
    REGN

    These are the reading

    1 19.81
    2 19.81
    3 19.76
    4 24.98 ACDRV
    5 2.97 ACDET
    6 2.78
    7 4.6 mil volt
    8 3.32
    9 3.382
    10 3.34
    11 2.82
    12 2.81
    13 2.82
    14 GND
    15 000.3 goes to 0000
    16 5.93 REGN
    17 5.88
    19 2.81
    20 19.79

At PL 16coil 1.5v also not present my mistake

    Thanks for your interest mon2
