Dell Latitude E5550 LA-A911P rev 1 No Power

    Hi,

I have dell laptop Latitude E5550 LA-A911P that suddenly has no power.

I haven't found any short on the board (but haven't verified everything so feel free to ask), nothing is getting hot under thermal cam.

    +5V_ALW is present
    +3.3V_ALW is present
    +3.3V_ALW_PCH is absent
    +3.3V_RTC_LDO is present
    +3.3V_M is absent
    +1.05V_M is absent

    A_ON & PCH_ALW_ON are low on UE2 pins.

    PJP15 is 3.3V
    +3.3V_ALW_UE2 is 3.3V

PCH_ALW_ON should be on no matter what when UE2 is powered right ? Does this mean UE2 is bad or can it come from another thing like bios ?

Anyway, here are the two bios files from UC2 & UC3

+RTC_CELL isn't directly a pin named on UE2 but I think you meant this :

        +RTC_CELL on RPE5 is 3.107 V so VC_IN2# on UE2 is 3.085 V
        +RTC_CELL_VBAT on UE2 3.119 V (measured leg one of CE11)
