    HP Spectre x360 13t-ae000 - No power on the battery

    Hi, i have problem with HP X360 13t-ae000, laptop power on with no battery attached, if battery is connected there is no light on the side, i've got 3 replacement batteries on all of them are the same. Checked battery mosfets they're in good standing order, just in case replaced ISL, same thing, and as well i've tried new BIOS which made no difference. I don't have much knowledge in regard to repairing this kind of issue, need some help with finding the problem.

      Measure the voltage to ground of each pin on the battery connector while connected to the laptop. Post each measurement.

              These measurements look good. Are the batteries marked for use with this laptop?

              what are the topside markings of the isl charger ic?

              suggest to carefully measure the voltage to ground of each pin on the charger ic with only the battery attached. Post each measurement.

              have you tested the usual dcin mosfets? Often the fault will be there.

                  Mark and model: ASUS X571
                  Symptoms: not turning on. There is only the LED battery indicator working. The owner of the laptop told me this problem arrived one week after having changed the battery. He then managed to power on the laptop only once, and then it never powered on again.

                  Dear all, I am trying to troubleshoot an Acer Aspire 5 A514-55 that won't power on. I'll describe the symptoms and my findings so far, and I would like to seek guidance and suggestions on possible suspects in terms of cause/component failure. My initial thoughts are battery charger IC and/or ideal diode/MOSFET (that switches between incoming DC and battery power), but I could be totally wrong on this.
