Please help identify chip marking 5v=7m1fh for HP 14-DQ L70914-601

can someone help me identyfi chip marked 5v=7m1fh its on main board for HP L70914-601, looks like drve 2 mosfets for cpu core one mosfet was shorted to ground after replacment i discovered gate on another was low ohms.

5V= marking is Richtek RT3612EB
