Acer travelmate 5330 complicate problem

Hi Guys!

I'm sorry for my English a little worn

I'm having a weird problem with this laptop.
This laptop came to me in poor condition.
The motherboard is equipped with two Intel chip AC82GL40 and AF82801IBMsomeone reheated everything that was on the motherboard.
and below the touchpad,the KBC ic and bios ic corroded contacts.

the error is: Notebook is power on,cooler is run but no screen....

i'm change for new AC82GL40 but the problem is not resolved.Thereafter
change AF82801IBM southbridge...the problem is resolved, but there are two new error.
-Notebook is power on,sreen is O.K but 1min25s-28s between the notebook is power off..still 5v-3.3v.
-The keyboard always use FN buttons.

What does these errors??

your north chip not seem to be placed well, corner balls doesn't look good from here, I guess it needs a reballing. and a suggestion : stay clear of oxidated motherboards :/ they are quite a waste of time

I changed northbridge and southbridge for new chip.

yes I tried more processor,memory,bios battery.
