the board is missing 3valw_ec so it doesn't detect the charger but it powers up for a few seconds when the power button is pressed.

I have a Dell Vostro 3400 battery does not charge beyond 55%
I tried another file... the battery charge exceeded 55%, but it entered manufacturing mode and it did not count from it.
- I rebuilt the basic BIOS and Clear Me, but without results
What if the same situation does not charge the battery more than 55%?

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.

As mentioned, I have a Dell 5590 laptop with motherboard LA-F412P.
This laptop works with the USB-C charger and not with DC-Jack charger.
With the USB-C charger attached, the battery is charging and in the BIOS the charger is also recognized.
With the DC-Jack charger attached (USB-C charger removed), the light of the charger is not going off and the BIOS does not see the charger (message AC Adapter = Not installed). I'm using original Dell chargers and I have tested the used chargers on other Dell laptops and they are working correctly.

Device history > Bit of liquid damage, that I cleaned up and sorted out all bad components.
Current state > No Boot. No charge. It negotiates 20v on all USBC ports, and will even PD charge out – so all of the USBC circuit is probably ok. I have 3.3V + 5V ALWP present and stable. PCH has its 3V,1.8V,1V. On the board, PCH,EC,ISL,PD chips are all powered on and active. Power button has 3V, board is being signalled by it but not responding. I have 20V USBC in OK, I have a 12.6V main power rail ok. The battery was undervolt dead, so had to manually charge each cell individually... -

Could someone help trying to unlock this BIOS, seems that Dell have changed the layout of new Dell Pro 8FC8 bioses from checking HXD - 4000 bits do not need changing, only 2000. However after FF the section starting from '01000' upto 2000 bits and then soldering the chip back it seems that the microchip on the motherboard is recovering the bios back to original settings after first boot. Has anyone found a way to crack this extra layer of security Dell have implemented? Seems both HP and Dell have upped bios security to match Lenovo by implementing extra measures on a separate...
