If you have voltage on power button, and no S5_ENABLE voltage when you press the power button, then either it is the BIOS or the U22 WPC8763LDG-1-GP chip.
Also check voltage rails for short circuits.Comment

Thanks guys, I'm just waiting for the chip and the bios programmer I ordered online. I use to visit my friend for bios reprogram but now I'm gonna get myself one.
I was a little confuse on previous post, I have watch a video from an Indian fellow that S5_ENABLE and RSMRST should only be present when power button is pressed I disregarded that and thought S5_ENABLE is present in S5_state. I will update if anything comes up. I have all my problems solve in this site so I owe it to you guys. Thanks again!Comment

Just for the record, I forgot to update you guys about what happened to this laptop, its been months and I just forgot my own thread. I fixed this laptop by programming bios. Thanks to everyone who helped. I attached bios file and hope it will help others

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.

I have a Dell U3425WE, which I've recently replaced with another model. That said, the original unit is still fully functional in terms of the display — it works perfectly over HDMI and DisplayPort. However, the USB-C and Thunderbolt 4 ports have stopped functioning correctly. I've purchased 2nd hand Dell Latitude E7470 i7-6600U and it works fine, except ... there are no TPM or TXT/Trusted Execution settings in the BIOS/Firmware. However, looking at the schematics I found the chip handling TPM (NPCT650JA0YX) soldered to the system board. Also, looking at the service tag and the product specifications, this device comes with TPM (and vPro) support (I know that devices sold in China, Russia are not allowed to ship with TPM but this should be reflected in the service tag). I can also login to MBex to configure, etc.

Could someone help trying to unlock this BIOS, seems that Dell have changed the layout of new Dell Pro 8FC8 bioses from checking HXD - 4000 bits do not need changing, only 2000. However after FF the section starting from '01000' upto 2000 bits and then soldering the chip back it seems that the microchip on the motherboard is recovering the bios back to original settings after first boot. Has anyone found a way to crack this extra layer of security Dell have implemented? Seems both HP and Dell have upped bios security to match Lenovo by implementing extra measures on a separate...
