Compaq cq 61 no power

hy guys
can someone help me witha .rom file for the bios(dump)
its a core2duo version
i will open it so i can prepare de bios .
it won`t start but the power led its on.

hp site . and hp dmi tools bootable usb key to progam pci id , model and serial number .

how can i run the bios from usb if it won`t power up?
i got a programmer so i can write it manual.
usualy you the rom file
i only see that crap.fd files and i don`t understand them

Use .fd file with the same capacity of your bios to program it manually(with programmer like ezp) . Then use hp dmi tool usb key to program model,serial, pci id ,mac address .........

Some time .fd are just upgrade and notebook could be not work...
