Acer Aspire MA3 Power Problems

Hello Friends.

I need you help with this power problem.
This laptop start with power issues charging the battery and doesn't turn either if power was plugged.

I proceed replace the power jack because felt like loose. (no firm connection)
Well, my universal power supply sometimes charged good this laptop but, sometimes not. I bought a generic power supply for this laptop and never charge the battery at all. (this generic charger works good in another laptop).
I downloaded a schematic for this laptop and I find a chip (28 pins) that detect if the ac in is ok.
Pin Measures
1. DC IN give me like 16v
11. ACIN
12. ACOK

As soon my multimeter positive probe touch the 11 pin, the power jack start burning with smoke.

What do you think is happen with this laptop.????????

The battery always was connected.
The ground probe was attached to the usb port.

What type of multimeter you are using? Analog possible to burning because going to volt
direct. try to digitel meter ,because it high impedance.

I think Power Jack has short circuit.

It seems very unlike at your measures cause that problem.

when you changed the power jack, you damaged pcb. PCB has 6-7 or sometimes 8 layers. so if you dont be kind while changing components like dc jack(i mean components with pin from one side to other, passing through all the layers.) that happens. Also, sometimes it happens because of the poor quality of pcb.
