red screen problems on laptop help

i cant fix i have 2 laptops here in my shop have the same problem

first toshiba m305 with wxga panel
actions taken
test with a new lcd no good
text with a new flex no good
reball the gpu still red screen

second acer aspire 4740 with led panel

reball the gpu still red screen

i could be the problems of this laptops
