Hi,
I have same problem, I put power cable to jack and light led about 30 sec and no light. and after click to power button nothing happend. but input it is 19,50V.

Motherboard : DA00P6MB6D0
Intel

I check bios pins -
1. 0,027V
2. 3,0V
3. 3,3V
4. 0V

5. 3,3V
6. 3,3V
7. 1,59V
8. 0,035V

It is Ok? Do you have somebody bios file for this chip?

What is it solution for repair it?

I had a similar problem with a HP pressario CQ61 and a bios reflash solved my problem.

here the voltage diagram of bios pin before you press power switch button .

pin1=0v pin2=1.6v pin3=3v pin4=0v pin5=0.225v pin6=1.6v pin7=3v pin8=3v.

generally the fault is on pin2. if you get 3v at this pin instead of 1.6v , conclude that you have a bad bios . replace it and all will be OK

On a HP G61, the pin 2 of the Bios chip wasn't 1.6V,some time 3.3V or 1.9V.
I've flash a CQ61 dump, because was the exact same MoBo and now it's working.
Now i just have to find the exactly dump for my model
