On a HP G61, the pin 2 of the Bios chip wasn't 1.6V,some time 3.3V or 1.9V.
I've flash a CQ61 dump, because was the exact same MoBo and now it's working.
Now i just have to find the exactly dump for my model...

Hi i need a little help. I have this laptop where the DC Jack is broke. After repairing that the motherboard won't turn on and does not charge the battery.
I've check some mosfet and capacitors and all that a checked seems ok. I'm suspecting the IC PU21 bq24725A but i'm not shure. I have some measurements.
I've the rails 3.3V and 5V on the jumpers PJ1 and PJ3.
This is my results of the bq24725A with no battery,

On mine was the dedicated graphics card. After i press the power button it stayed on about 3 seconds but no image and shutdown immediately. After i done a reflow on the nvidia chip it didn't give a problem until now (i've done it 2 weeks ago).
