Alienware Keyboard Not Working In Windows

Alienware x15 R2
Service Tag: 8XCW5M3
Motherboard no: LA-L611P
Keyboard will work properly in Bios settings _we can press F2 and all keys working in bios
after windows load keyboard will not work
no caps lock light,_no response._keyboard backlight is working..
tested with new keyboard - same issue
installed all drivers from official site
tried with windows 10 & windows 11

if anyone know this solution, please share your experiences

Although this may not help you much, have you tried loading a Linux Live CD to see if that loads? This would at least get you by the BIOS.

Test in SAFE mode on Windows. If this works, it is a Windows device driver issue.
