Any idea how to bypass?Got it from an public auction with receipt.

sending password resetting mails through null as Apple ID and null as password to the preowner the last days but no reaction.

Nothing yet, even after many posts about it.

As you say, would be nice to contact the original owner. Could work either way with support or claim it's stolen.

I just wish Apple would be a bit more green with the growing mountain of activation locked devices. Apple claims its products are free of this and that in manufacture, but the stockpile of locked devices is a big mark on their credibility with this claim.

Apple 076-00236 Genuine Apple Data Migration Tool for MacBook Pro 2016 2017

Hello,

This special tool from Apple is used to recover data from Macbook A1706. I've been using it for a while but it stops working. When connecting Thunderbolt 3 between the tool and working Macbook, Macbook should prompt "new device detected, allow or not"... but it doesn't.

Has anyone ever experience this ? It's not a cabling or power supply issue, some IC have stopped working but not sure which one. Probably the one that manager thunderbolt 3

Apple MacBook A2442 faulty PMIC - Question about possible replacement

Hello Gentlemen,

I am working on an apple MacBook A2442 board pn 820-02098-A with a visible short on the PMIC U7700 MVK-PLUS as per the schematics

I have a donner board from apple macbook pro m1 A2338 PN 820-02020 and I saw that the PMIC U8100 TMLT46B0-JPE could be a possible replacement for the U7700

Can you please help me confirm if the U7700 can be replaced with U8100 ?

APL1098 is it the same as APL1096

Apple Watch Charging Controller Schematics / Boardview - 820-02601

Hi there,

I'm looking for anyone who might have information on Apple's embedded Apple Watch charging daughterboard, ID 820-02601. This is currently used by Anker in their Apple Watch charging products, but likely by other Apple partner brands as well.

You can see the board referenced in ChargerLab's teardown of the Anker Y1811 3-in-1 MagSafe cube - they discuss the "Apple Watch wireless charging circuit" about 2/3rds down the page. It's not pictured, but the board ID reads 820-02601-A, which sure sounds like Apple.

Hi Dear Friend., I am working on a Apple MacBook Pro A2338 820-02773-A. The history was that the AON Rail on the Trackpad connector JT400 was burnt. After I removed the burnt connector, I tested with the meter & no shorts. Connected the USB C power & all booted fine, no problems at all. I soldered a New TP connector put in the old trackpad with a brand new Flex cable. The laptop beeped in the start but no display. I removed the connector & the display was fine again. Fit 820-00244-А board in Apple Macbook A1534 2017 820-00687-А

The laptop is Apple Macbook A1534 2017 with board 820-00687-А. The USB-C tester shows no voltage, there is 820-00244-А board available. I looked at both schematics, all connector signals seem to be the same. Did someone try to fit 820-00244-А board in A1534 2017?
