I have lenovo GS452 GS552 GS752 NM-C781 not turning on checked first moseft pin 1,2,3&4 20v is present then pin number 5,6,7,8 there's 0v.
So my question is can the first moseft PQ5301 shorted

No one can confirm that without resistance measurement. there are plenty of threads detailed how to measure a mosfet in resistance mode.
