Hp omen 15 nvidia gpu problem?

What might be the problem with the hp omen 15 Intel i5 10th Gen with NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650Ti 4GB vram that freezes once you launch any game be it light ones that can play on any pc or heavy ones but if I disable GPU drivers the laptop does not freeze.

I have changed the SSD, RAM, and upgraded bios, it does not overheat have done proper servicing.

Note that this only happens when running a game or rendering software but on normal operations, the laptop is completely fine.

Probably bad vrm you can test it with mats or mods.

check the vbios with hex editor, and compare it to same vbios that u can dl from techpowerup, and 2nd thing search google gpuz img with your laptop name screenshots, is right vbios installed, i say this bc it is easy task before you troubleshoot any further

I'd suggest downclocking vram with msi afterburner or a similar tool to check
whether it is stable on let's say half clock rate. If it is, then slowly feel your way up to where it becomes unstable again. Failing/semi-defective vram is very often no longer capable of doing full clocks, but runs okay on reduced speed. Then you could flash the stable clocks to vbios.
